Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti presso il Diamant in compagnia della nostra piccola pelosetta… Al nostro arrivo la ragazza della reception è stata eccezionale, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, ci ha spiegato perfettamente i servizi forniti dall’hotel e ci ha informato su tutto quello che c’era da sapere… Veramente BRAVA… Buono il parcheggio privato dell’hotel, Si trova posto a qualsiasi ora… Bella la camera e molto comoda Noi avevamo una prestige, forse mobili un po’ datati ma non mancava niente!!!! Ottima la pulizia, sia della camera che del bagno… Pulitissime anche le zone comuni interne Complimenti al personale Buona la cucina, avevamo trattamento di mezza pensione… molto professionale e gentile il caposala, così come tutto il personale di sala, molto presente ed attento! Ottima la colazione…. Anche il giardino esterno molto bello, dotato di sdraio con piscina riscaldata e due idromassaggi, nonché lettini ed ombrelloni…. Li ho assaggiato uno dei più buoni spritz Che abbia preso! Bravo al barman! Eh dire di più Siamo stati veramente bene…. Buoni il rapporto qualità / prezzo Consigliato a chi vuole rilassarsi al centro delle Dolomiti, a due passi da tutto!!! Siamo stati bene e ci siamo sentiti a casa Buona anche la cucina! Bravi

Sono tornata in questo hotel dopo esserci stata anni fa. Pulizia camere insufficiente. Qualità del cibo migliorata. Receptionist molto gentile. Centro benessere migliorato ma a pagamento. Camerieri abbastanza gentili a parte la sig. Manuela palesemente insoddisfatta del suo lavoro svolto controvoglia e con poca disponibilità ed educazione. Camera bella. Nel complesso ci tornerei soltanto se migliorassero la pulizia delle camere e degli asciugamani ed il personale di sala.

The hotel is far from being a 4 star. The food is suitable for a 2 (-) star hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very sparse and of poor quality The spa is not included, you even have to buy a robe and slippers. The hotel is located about a 10 minutes walk from the lift. On average it takes an hour to start skiing. The hotel technology is stuck somewhere in the 90s. Overall, try to avoid the hotel

We stayed at the Park hotel diamant for the whole week as a group and with my 6 month old baby. The staff were very helpful both at the reception and in the dining room, especially the metres Massimiliano who was very attentive to all the guests but with more attention to those who had intolerances and to the children (especially the needs of the little ones). The cleaning was also very satisfactory. The rooms were super warm.

The reservation center was equally professional and efficient, ensuring impeccable management of our stay. We stayed a week, 4 of us with a dog. Cozy and modern room, divided into two separate areas for us and the kids. Large bathroom, with a fantastic and large shower. Perfect daily cleaning, performed by very courteous staff. The room has a terrace with a view of Sassolungo, wonderful. Very good food, very kind waiting staff who satisfy every need

Special praise to waiters and chefs - food and service were best of the best. Here I ate one of the best spaghetti “aglio olio e peperocino”!Renewed spa center without crowd (our visit was in December), nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. We’ll come back every year!
